They also saw a butterfly, practiced taking turns, and enjoyed their snack and their lunch. They are CHAMPION turn takers, by the way... they each recited the turn order, waited patiently for their own, and knew when to go without much prompting.
We also observed and discussed the progress the root farm has made. The kids were so fascinated they didn't want Miss Danette to put it away!
This was our final class of the school "year." We'll be continuing on a modified schedule that will allow us to take advantage of the awesome summer activities in the area, but still keep our kiddos happily learning all summer long!
